Saleh discusses with UAE President conditions in the region

President Ali Abdullah Saleh of Yemen arrived yesterday in Abu Dhabi in a short visit to the United Arab Emirates.
In an arrival statement, Saleh said he will discuss with President of the United Arab Emirates, Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, and with the UAE officials the developments of current conditions in the region and regional and international developments of concern to the Arab and Islamic nations, foremost being conditions in the occupied Palestinian territories.
He said that discussions will deal with conditions in Iraq and means of getting it out of its current crisis.
The Yemeni President stressed the need of restoring back and consolidating unity under the main risks and challenges the Arab nation is facing.
