Alwan: Sudan denies presence of al-Qaida on its territories

The Sudanese government has strongly denied any existence for al-Qaeda organization on the Sudanese territories. The Sudanese minister of information, the official spokesman for the Sudanese government said in a statement to the Sudanese Alwan paper that reports issued by the press in London on Sunday on the existence of al-Qaida organization in Sudan are groundless and lacks credibility and logic.
He stressed that there are no camps for any opposition groups in the country because the strategy set by the Sudanese government rejects such an attitude which destabilize security.
