Egyptian FM warns against Israeli practices

Egyptian Foreign Minister, Ahmed Maher, warned against the continuation of Israeli aggressive and provocative practices against the Palestinian people and called on Israel to move towards the implementation of Roadmap.

In a statement in Cairo on Sunday, Maher said that the deteriorated situation in the occupied Palestinian territories necessitates working for realizing progress in peace process on the basis of the international resolutions stipulating the full Israeli withdrawal form the occupied Arab territories till June, 4, 1967 line and giving the Palestinian people all their legitimate rights including the establishment of an independent state with Jerusalem as its capital. Meanwhile, In Yemen, Arab League Secretary General, Amr Mousa, stressed the importance of consultation among Arab leaders regarding issues of the region and issue of Roadmap.
