Khatami: tour on Arab states was very important, a success

Iranian President Mohammed Khatami praised the outcome of his visit to Syria and his meeting with President Bashar al-Assad. President Khatami also praised the outcome of his visit to Lebanon, Yemen, and Bahrain expressing hope that this visit will affect the Iranian relations with these countries and peace process positively
Concluding his tour to a number of the region's states, Khatami described his short visit to Syria as very important especially in these serious circumstances.
