Turkey Calls for Creation of Islamic City Halls' Union

The President of the Union of Turkish city halls, Sedat Celik Dogan, called on Thursday for the creation of a city halls' union of Muslim countries. At a meeting with the Club of Arab Reporters in Turkey, Celik Dogan deemed that several city halls in Muslim countries have the technological means and financial resources to achieve numerous projects in a spirit of partnership, complementarity and solidarity.
The Turkish city halls' Union has already made contacts to achieve this objective.
