Ben Ali calls for dealing with the humanitarian conditions in Iraq

Tunisian President Zine El Abidine Ben Ali has called in a speech he delivered during a dinner banquet in honor of the Turkish President Ahmad Ceasar to preserve Iraq's unity and territorial integrity. He renewed Tunisia's solidarity with the Palestinian people.

Ben Ali stressed Tunisia's solidarity with the Iraqi people in their sufferings of the consequences of the recent war. He called for exerting all efforts to quickly deal with the deteriorated humanitarian conditions, preserving peace and establishing stability and averting the peoples of the region further tensions and risks.
