AL denies differences with Morocco, Moussa resumes his Arab tour today

Advisor Hesham Youssef, the official spokesman for the secretary general of the Arab League has denied direct differences between Morocco and the Arab League to be behind the cancellation or postponing the visit of the AL secretary general Amr Moussa to Morocco.
Moussa said that what was published in this regard was void and there are is information on Morocco's intention to leave the Arab League.
Youssef indicated that Moussa put off his visit to Morocco within his second tour to the Arab states which he has not visited yet, noting he will also visit Mauritania, Morocco following his forthcoming visit to Bahrain, Yemen and Sudan.
Youssef explained that these visits come to complete Moussa's talks and consultations with the leaders of certain Arab states on crystallizing the current Arab conditions concerning recent developments in the region especially in Iraq and Palestine and the future of the Arab system.
He said that Moussa will be meeting during his visit to Bahrain the chairman of the Arab summit King of Bahrain, Sheikh Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and his foreign minister Muhammad Bin Mubarak al-Khalifa to hold consultations on the current Arab conditions and the forming of the Arab follow up and move committee which stemmed from Sharm Esh Sheikh summit in preparations for convening a ministerial committee at the AL level to study current developments.
He said that the AL chief will arrive today in Yemen to hold talks with the Yemeni President Ali Abdullah Saleh and high ranking officials there on the future of the situation in Iraq and means of boosting the Iraqi system and the mechanism for that.
Youssef said that Moussa will conclude his tour in a visit to Sudan to hold talks with the Sudanese President Omar Hassan al-Bashir and the foreign minister Othman Ismael to hold consultations on current Arab issues and meet with several Sudanese activists in order to study the future of the situation in Sudan in light of the current progress attained in peace negotiations between the government and the rebel movement.
