Al-Kaslik, Damascus universities for boosting relations

Rector of Damascus University Hani Murtada discussed on Sunday with rector of Lebanese Al-Rouh Al-Quds (Al Kaslik) Pope Luis Smaha scientific and cultural relations of cooperation between the two universities and means of activating them.
Talks during the meeting dealt with a number of issues connected with the higher education particularly in private universities, issues of joint scientific research and activating students' exchange to create more scientific and cultural contact between Syrian and Lebanese students.
The two sides stressed the importance of activating the scientific and cultural relations of cooperation and activating joint cooperation in order to strengthen the friendship relations between the two states.
