On the Cairo International Islamic Conference

Syria's Minister of Awkaf, Mahammad Ziadah, has underlined the necessity of implementing the international resolutions stipulating Israel's complete withdrawal from the occupied Arab territories to June, 4, 1967 line for safeguarding the Middle East and international stability and security and realizing just and comprehensive peace.
In his Speech on Saturday in front of the International Islamic Conference, Ziadah stressed the importance of coordinating Arab and Islamic efforts for maintaining Iraq' sovereignty and territorial integrity.
He called for "mobilizing all potentials of the Arab and Islamic Nations in facing repercussions of globalization and its dangerous that effects on all fields."
Ziadah also called for developing fraternal and cooperation ties in Arab and Islamic Nations for confronting intellectual movements "which may affect our values, civilization and culture."
For his part, Egyptian President's political Advisor, Osama Al-Baz called for complete coordination among Islamic states through Islamic organizations and institutions for facing the current challenges.
