Jordanian King to hold talks with the American President in June

The Jordanian King Abdullah II will visit the US in June to hold talks with the US President George Bush on the implementation of the roadmap, according to a Jordanian official source yesterday. The source did not specify the precise date for the visit but said that the discussions will center on means of implementing the roadmap announced earlier this month and states the foundation of a Palestinian state by the fall of 2005.
The Jordanian King has repeatedly stressed that ensuring stability and security in the Middle East will be through the implementation of the roadmap.
