Three Palestinians killed, 12737 displaced by the Israeli forces

Three Palestinians were killed including one child by the fire of the Israeli occupation forces which continued yesterday incursion and breaking in operations in various areas of the West Bank and Gaza.

The Palestinian child Alyan al-Bashteini ( one and a half year old) was killed when an Israeli tank shell fell at his family's house in the Austrian quarters in Gaza.

Palestinian security sources said that the Palestinian Amin al- Manzalawi of the Palestinian national resistance movement Hamas was killed by an Israeli missile launched at his house in Zawata village of Nablus district in the West Bank, while another Palestinian Ahmad Issam Joudeh was killed by the Israeli forces to the east of Beit Hanoun in Gaza.

In retaliation to the Israeli aggression the Palestinian resistance yesterday fired 7 missiles against Neve Dekalim in Gaza.

The Israeli radio said that one Israeli settlement was damaged and that the Israeli forces imposed curfew in the settlement and started a mopping up operation of fears that explosives are there. The Palestinians opened fire at an Israeli position in Rafah.

On the other hand, UNRWA said that the Israeli forces displaced since the beginning of the Intifada until the end of April this year 12737 Palestinians from their houses which were destroyed by the Israeli forces in Gaza and the West Bank.

A statement by UNRWA circulated yesterday in Amman said that it is trying to raise funds from the donor countries in order to rebuild and renovate the demolished Palestinian houses.

The statement explained that the past months witnessed a drastic increase in the operations of demolishing houses in Gaza and that during the first three months of this year 231 Palestinian houses were demolished in a monthly average of 74 houses being demolished.
