Baqradouni: Syria's presence in Lebanon is legitimate

Lebanese Minister of Administrative Development, Karim Baqradouni, has asserted that the Syrian presence in Lebanon is legitimate and based on agreement of cooperation between the two states. He said on Monday that the presence of the Syrian forces in Lebanon is the only guarantee for the Syrian-Lebanese tracks concomitance.
