CBE receives $ 1.4 billion since pound floating

"The Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) has received 1.4 billion dollars since the devaluation of the Egyptian pound on January 29," CBE Governor Mahmoud Abul Oyoun said Sunday.
Abul Oyoun asserted that the bank was able to meet 88 % of the requests of companies and individuals to settle their debts, open credits and transfer foreign currency.
