Al-Assad: role to judiciary in implemting 'rule of law'

The higher Judicial Council headed by Syria's President Bashar al-Assad held yesterday a meeting at al Rawda palace during which he stressed the importance of developing judicial power and boosting its role in achieving justice and implementing the laws.
He also stressed its importance for achieving stability and security and its role in development in all levels.
Al-Assad asserted also the judiciary independence and the importance of training the employees at the judiciary wire in order to be able to work in all judicial specialties.
He concluded by stressing that the "rule of law" is a priority that can be implemented through the judicial power.
