Vivendi international contemplates greater participation in Morocco's phone operator

Vivendi International is contemplating to increase participation in Maroc-Telecom capital, announced in Paris on Tuesday Vivendi CEO, Jean-Rene Fourtou before the general assembly of the group's shareholders.
The move, noted Fourtou, is motivated by "the important cash flow generated by Maroc-Telecom."
Vivendi International is also angling out to develop its telecommunications activities via Cegetel for land phone and SFR for mobile phones, he said.
