Shaath: the Road Map will be presented next day of confidence vote to the new palestinian government
Palestine-USA, Politics, 4/29/2003

Nabil Shaath, Palestinian Minister of Planning and International Cooperation stated on Saturday that the representative of the Quartet committee, sponsor of the Middle East peace process, told the Palestinian National Authority (PNA) that the "Road Map" would be unveiled on Wednesday once the Palestinian Legislative Council (PLC) gives the vote of confidence to the new government headed by the first ever Palestinian Prime Minister Mahmoud Abbas (Abu Mazen). Sha'th pointed out that the American president George W. Bush will announce the "road map" peace plan with no amendments.

Ê "I expect the announcement of the road map would be the next day of voting on the new Palestinian government," Shaath said.
