Morocco, Algeria study water cooperation

Prospects of Moroccan-Algerian water cooperation topped talks held in Algeria on Sunday between Algerian Water Resources Minister, and Secretary General of the Moroccan Ministry of Territory Development, Water and Environment. The two officials assessed actions conducted by the two neighbour states in water resources management, Algerian news agency APS reported.
Attar and Amer also studied the promotion of bilateral cooperation in the realm of cartography, evaluation and management of water resources. Amer is leading a Moroccan delegation to the first session of the Maghreban ministers' Water Council, to open Tuesday in Algiers.
