Chadian higher education minister arrives in Marrakesh

Chad's Higher Education and Vocational Training minister, Adoum Guemessou arrived in Marrakesh on Monday for a six-day visit to Morocco.
In a statement to the press upon arrival, Guemessou said his talks with Moroccan officials will tackle bilateral cooperation in higher education and scientific research.
