Syrian- Brunei diplomatic relations established

Syria's Bashar Al-Assad issued on Thursday the decree for the year of 2003 stipulating the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Syria and Sultanate Brunei, Dar Al-Salam on the ambassadorial level.
