Ruler of Kuwait gets a message from Blair

Kuwait's Amir Sheikh Jaber al-Ahmad al-Jaber al-Sabah yesterday received a message from the British prime minister relating to bilateral relations between the two countries and means of developing and strengthening them.
He has also received the commander of al-Jazeera Shield force Lt. Gen. Omar Bin Hassan Baiere and members of the accompanying delegation on the occasion of the end of the mission of the forces in Kuwait.
