Two top Iraqi figures captured, U.S. military reports

The U.S. said April 20 that Abd al-Khaliq Abd Al-Gafar, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research had been captured, and that the Iraqi National Congress claims to have Jamal Nustafa Sultan al Tikriti, Deputy Chief of Tribal Affairs, and are turning him over to the US.
