U.S. Army Troops Replace Marines in Baghdad

The U.S. Army's 3rd Division has replaced elements of the 1st Marine Division in Baghdad, the U.S. Central Command announced April 20. The transition includes the Civil Military Operations Center, which has responsibilities in the areas of electricity, law enforcement, water and sanitation, and medical care.
