Al-Assad confers with US delegation

Syria's President Bashar Al-Assad received on Sunday US Congressmen, Nick Rahal and Darrell Issa. Talks during the meeting dealt with developments of the Iraqi situation and its repercussions on the region as well as Syrian-American relations.
The Congressmen stressed that the talks were useful for improving the Syrian-American relations.
