Al-Shara on Arab soliderity

On the possibility of holding an Arab summit, even a limited one, to discuss ways to stand up to US threats and accusations, Syria's Foreign Minister Farouk al-Shara noted that the big problem facing Arab countries was that whenever a crisis got tougher a retreat in Arab solidarity was found.
