Kuwait appreciates relations with Syria

Kuwait's first deputy prime minister and minister of foreign affairs Sheikh Sabah al-Ahmad al-Jaber al-Sabah indicated that "Syria is a brotherly country that we appreciate it, and Kuwait's Amir Sheikh Jaber al-Ahmad al-Jaber al-Sabah appreciates relations with President Bashar al-Assad."
In a statement published in Kuwait yesterday by al-Rai al- Aam Kuwaiti newspaper, Sabah stressed that there is no dispute between Syria and Kuwait, but mere different points of view.
For his part, Kuwait's minister of information Ahmad Fahad Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah expressed appreciation over Syria and Lebanon's solidarity with Kuwait in its crisis.
