Egypt to promote Internet use by public and government

Egypt's Minister of Communications Dr. Ahmed Nazif said yesterday Egypt aims to increase the percentage of Internet users to 10 percent. "Governmental electronic services will soon include issuing birth certificates over the Internet," and aims to provide other efficient services to the public.
