Algerian president for restoring normal conditions to Iraq

Algerian President, Abdul Aziz Butaflika has called for returning to the international law concerning the current situation in Iraq and averting the resort to might.
In a statement issued yesterday, he expressed hope at resorting to wisdom and not justifying the current situation.
