Egyptian office in China to promote marble, granite exports

A decision was made to set up an Egyptian affiance in Beijing, China, to promote granite and marble exports to the Chinese market.
Chairman of the granite and Marble Industry Branch, Egyptian Industrial Union, Yasser Rashid said China has become one of the largest markets for Egyptian marble exports as high demand for Egyptian marble and granite was found.
China imports marble in its final version for its instant use in industry in the form of blocs, to be remanufactured and exported to Japan.
This fact left a good impression of the Egyptian marble in the Japanese market, he added.
