US Deputy Secretary on democracy in Iraq: I think if we mean it

Deputy Secretary of Defense Paul Wolfowitz Wednesday said "I think we've talked over and over again that what we want to see is a democratic Iraq.Ê And I think if we mean it -- and we do mean it -- then that means the Iraqi people have got to decide who their leaders are going to be and who their political parties are going to be."
