Iraq's representative at the AL asks for asylum in Yemen

Yemeni sources said that Iraq's representative at the Arab League ambassador Mohsin Khalil asked for the right of political asylum in Yemen- where he was ambassador in the 1990 s.
The sources said the Iraqi diplomat asked for political asylum in Yemen following the deployment of the American forces into Baghdad.
Well-informed sources said that the Iraqi diplomats in Sanaa have nor so far taken a decision concerning political asylum to Yemen or other states.
