Message from Ruler of Qatar to Blair on bilateral relations

British prime minister Tony Blair yesterday received a message from the Amir of Qatar Shaikh Hamad Bin Khalifa Al Thani. The message which was handed over through diplomatic channels, related to bilateral relations between the two countries and means of developing them.
