Symposium on labor market in maghreb states

The Rabat national institute of statistics and applied economics (INSEA) will hold on April 11-12 in Rabat a symposium on "labor market and gender in Maghreb countries: characteristics, common points and synergies with Europe."
The event, held in collaboration with the department of applied economics of a Brussels university and France's CNRS research institute, aims to make a report on the conditions of working men and women in Maghreb states, said the department of forecasts and planning.
Maghreban and European experts taking part in the symposium will exchange viewpoints on several themes, particularly the situation in the labor market, the evolution of the impact of family and labor laws, labor policy in favor of women and institutions' role in the labor market.
