AL chief confers with Garang
Sudan-Regional, Politics, 4/8/2003
The secretary general of the Arab League Amr Moussa yesterday discussed with the leader of the rebels movement in Sudan John Garang the situation in Sudan and the Arab efforts made to achieve peace and stability in Sudan.
Mousa stressed during the meeting, the importance of preserving Sudan's unity and stability, as this will be an important element to support Arab national security.
