Syrian VP war against Iraq an outrage to international law

Syria's Vice President and Deputy Chairman of the National Progressive Front, NPF, Mahmmad Zoheir Masharqa reviewed the "catastrophic repercussions of the US-British aggression on Iraqi people" and described it as a "breach to the international law and legitimacy resolutions."
During his meeting with members of NPF Branch leadership in Raqqa, (Northern Syria), Masharqa underlined that the US-British unjustified aggression on Iraq is an outrage of the international law, aimed at dominating Iraq, plundering its wealth and resources and at redrawing the map of the region for the US and Israeli interests.
Masharqa also stressed the importance of activating the Arab solidarity and unifying the Pan-Arab stance in confronting this aggression against Iraq and the Israeli occupation in Palestine.
He highly lauded the Iraqi and Palestinian steadfastness against all kinds of aggression and compulsion stressing Syria's stand by and support for the Iraqi people and the just Arab causes.
Meanwhile, the Assistant Secretary General of the Ba'ath Arab Socialist Party, BASP, Abdullah Al-Ahmar touched upon the US-British aggressive war on Iraq and its repercussions on the region and the Arab Nation.
Receiving Sudanese Health Minister, Ahmad Al-Dallal, Ahmar stressed the importance of the popular action, solidarity with the Iraqi people, supporting his steadfastness, and "the importance of coordination among the political and popular organizations to practice their role in defense of the pan-Arab security."
