Powell for reviving the Palestinian- Israeli negotiations

The US Secretary of State Colin Powell has indicated the possibility of achieving progress in reviving negotiations between the Palestinian and Israeli sides.
In a statement he made yesterday before the American- Israeli Public Affairs Committee AIPAC, a pro-Israel lobbying group, Powell said we are in a phase of hope at a time that progress can be attained again.
