Scores of Iraqi civillians killed in new attack on Baghdad; Washington warns Syria and Iran

In the 9th day, of the war against Iraq, Washington directed a strong warning to each of Syria and Iran accusing Damascus of carrying out "acts of hostilities" through providing Baghdad with military equipment and holding Tehran responsible for the entry of Bader contingent units into the Iraqi territories said to be taking direct instructions from the Iranian Revolutionary Guards.
Meantime, 55 Iraqis were killed and other 50 wounded when an American Tomahawk missile hit al-Shulla ( flame ) quarters, one of the poorest popular areas in Baghdad. Most of the victims are women, children.
