Explosion in Kuwait claimed to be from missile

An explosion took place in Kuwait said to be a result of a missile. The explosion took part in a market near the palace of the Amir of Kuwait and the foreign ministry building.
Smoke columns were seen in "Souq al-Sharq" which was closed when the explosion took place after midnight. No information were reported on casualties, while reports said that the missile eventually fell off the market, according to the police.
Eye- witnesses said that the missiles seemed to have come from the Iraqi Fao peninsula.
