Mubarak: People have had with US empty talk on Palestine
Egypt-USA, Politics, 3/28/2003

When asked about his opinion of the statements given by US President George W. Bush and British Prime Minister Tony Blair about the Palestinian-Israeli conflict, Egypt's President Hosni Mubarak said that the people in the Middle East have had it with this all talk and no action position. The people now need to see some actions on the ground, he said.

ΚΚΚ He added that a mechanism must be created to implement the vision, announced by Bush last year, of two independent states, a Palestinian and an Israeli living side by side in peace.

ΚΚΚ The Palestinian problem is very complex and highly serious and solving it would be a matter of great importance to all the countries of the region, he said.
