Mubarak denies Egypt's aiding US war efforts
Egypt-USA, Politics, 3/28/2003

Egypt's President Hosni Mubarak has strongly denied Egypt to have had provided any facilities or aid to the American- British forces as a pay-off for economic assistance from the USA, stressing that the "post war phase" will be more dangerous than the fighting itself and that the current war will be of grave implications." Mubarak gave no further details.

Mubarak said in his statements that Egypt will not take part in any war against Iraq, nor against any other Arab state.

Mubarak said: "if we are searching for mass destruction weapons in Iraq we have to search for all mass destruction weapons in the region as a whole including Israel."
