Ruler of Kuwait gets a message from Blair

The first deputy for the Kuwaiti Premier and the foreign minister yesterday received a message from the British prime minister Tony Blair concerning bilateral relations between the two countries and latest current developments on the regional and international arenas.
The message was handed over by the British ambassador to Kuwait Christopher Wilton, in the presence of the Kuwaiti minister of state for foreign affairs.
