Saudi Arabia reopens the American embassy

The American embassy in Riyadh announced in a statement yesterday that it had re-opened its doors and also the doors of the two American consulates in Jeddah and al-Zahran which were closed on Saturday on the ground of the developments of war in Iraq.

The embassy added that the employees and members of their families will continue to minimize their duty trips and moves and that children of the workers in the embassy were permitted to return back to schools.
