Putin: Iraqi issue a source of instability for other areas of the world

The Russian President Vladimir Putin has announced that the Iraqi issue constitutes a source of instability in other parts of the world and the military operation against Iraq implies unpredicted consequences.
In a speech he delivered yesterday before the session of the national security councils of the member states in the pan security Treaty, Putin said that this crisis has surpassed the boundaries of local conflict and have become a likely source for instability in other areas including the league of the independent states, noting that the mission of regional organizations in conditions such as is to eliminate the danger to the minimum.
