Algerian paper Al Bilad: former defense minister's statement on sahara shock therapy

Algerian paper Al Bilad wrote on Thursday that recent remarks, on the Sahara issue, by Algeria's Former Defence minister, Khaled Nezzar, tantamount to "a shock therapy" that incites for a "new thinking" on the three-decade long conflict.
The Algerian paper was commenting on a recent interview given by retired army general Nezzar to Moroccan weekly "La Gazette du Maroc" saying that his country "does not need a new state at its borders."
