Lahoud underlines the important of Syrian- Lebanese unity of stances regarding developments

Lebanese President Emil Lahoud has stressed the importance of the unity of the Syrian and Lebanese positions concerning current developments and their impact on the decisions of Arab Sharm esh Sheikh summit.

During his meeting yesterday with a delegation representing the board of Trustee at the International Lebanese University in the Bekaa chaired by the Lebanese minister of education and higher education Abdul Rahim Murad, President Lahoud said that coordination between the two states is an example to be followed among the Arab states as a whole.

The Lebanese President indicated the great shift in the lines of the world public opinion which rejects use of power and supports all stances seeking peace solutions and the implementation of the international resolutions.
