Kuwait will not prevent war on Iraqis, and wants God to protects the Iraqis

The Kuwaiti official news agency yesterday quoted the Kuwaiti foreign minister Sheikh Sabah al-Ahmad al-Sabah as saying that preventing the occurrence of war led by the USA needs a "miracle."
Al-Sabah added "One who thinks the war will not take place, this matter needs a miracle to halt it.." he appealed the "Almighty God to protect the Iraqi people from all dangers."
