Qatar's foreign minister; Washington did not ask the use of al-Aideed base

The Qatari foreign minister Sheikh Hamad Bin Jasem Bin Jaber al-Thani, currently visiting the US, said that Washington did not ask Qatar yet for use of the al-Aideed air base near Doha because it still seeks a peaceful solution for the Iraqi crisis.
