Morocco and the Central African Republic will re-activate the 1989 bilateral communication agreement.
According to Central African minister of communication, posts and telecommunications minister, Gabriel Jean Edouard Koyambounou, who started this Wednesday a six-day working visit to Morocco, the two countries will institute an exchange framework in order to put Morocco's experience in the audio-visual sector at the disposition of CAR.
Morocco has made significant strides in this field and that is why we have chosen the kingdom to improve our audio-visual sector, said Koyambounou upon arrival.
