Al-Assad telephone call with Mahateir Muhammad

Syria's President Bashar al- Assad yesterday evening made a telephone call with the Malaysian prime minister Mahateir Muhammad and discussed with him "the need of coordinating stances among the Islamic states" before the summit to avoid any attack against Iraq, the Syrian official news agency SANA reported.
