On the Arab summit and decisions
Regional, Editorial, 3/1/2003

Will the Arab leaders:

1. hold an open and televised Arab meeting were the Arab citizens get to hear their leaders debate the issues publicly and honestly.
2. a meaningful decision on a united Arab common market.
3. demand an immediate end to Iraqi sanctions
4. reform political standards and representation of the citizens in the Arab states
5. to call on Iraq to have high standards of human rights and political democracy

Or will they call for:
1. Iraq to abide by UN resolutions
2. state that they are helpless against the US
3. issue another statement on Palestine

We will await and see.
