Al-Shara gets phone call from Egyptian peer on Summit

Foreign Minister, Farouk Al- Shara received yesterday a phone call from Egyptian Foreign Minister, Ahmed Maher.
Talks dealt with the latest developments in the region specially the Iraqi issue and the Arab summit scheduled to be held next March.
Al-Shara stressed that postponing the summit until after March14th in response to Iraqi demand will give Iraq enough time to cooperate with the inspectors.
They agreed on the necessity for a unified Arab stance to hold the summit on time that enables Iraq to continue cooperating with the inspectors and make the their mission a success, and to ensure the participation of all sides in this summit.
